R. ANNADURAI, President

A Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai and is also a Diploma holder in Production Management and a Rank holder in BOE Examinations.

He has more than 32 years of experience in Sugar & Paper Industries.  Worked as Maintenance Superintendent in Kanana Sugar Company, Sudan, one of the largest sugar factories with a crushing capacity of 20,000 MTs. Of sugarcane per day.  Worked in Tamilnadu Newsprint and Papers Limited, one of the largest bagasse based paper plant in the world in various capacities.

Has wide experience in operating and maintenance of various types of Boilers, Turbines and material handling system.

Took over as the Unit Head of Mundiyampakkam Sugar factory in the year 1999, (now RSCL-Unit II), when the sugar factory’s average recovery was 7.90%.  From the second season i.e. during 2000-01, under his direction, the factory has become one of the best operated sugar factory in the coastal region and during the last four seasons the factory’s recovery has been more than 10%.  The factory under his leadership also received Best Performance Award for three crushing seasons.
