R. ANNADURAI, President A Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai and is also a Diploma holder in Production Management and a Rank holder in BOE Examinations. He has more than 32 years of experience in Sugar & Paper Industries. Worked as Maintenance Superintendent in Kanana Sugar Company, Sudan, one of the largest sugar factories with a crushing capacity of 20,000 MTs. Of sugarcane per day. Worked in Tamilnadu Newsprint and Papers Limited, one of the largest bagasse based paper plant in the world in various capacities. Has wide experience in operating and maintenance of various types of Boilers, Turbines and material handling system. Took over as the Unit Head of Mundiyampakkam Sugar factory in the year 1999, (now RSCL-Unit II), when the sugar factory’s average recovery was 7.90%. From the second season i.e. during 2000-01, under his direction, the factory has become one of the best operated sugar factory in the coastal region and during the last four seasons the factory’s recovery has been more than 10%. The factory under his leadership also received Best Performance Award for three crushing seasons.
A.SATHYAMURTHY, Chief Financial Officer A Commerce Graduate and an Associate Member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. All India rank holder in both inter and final examinations of ICWA. Pursued "Business Leadership Program" developed specially for Murugappa Group General Managers by Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr A Sathyamurthy is responsible for RSCL's financial operations, investors relations and information technology. With more than 17 years of financial management experience Mr Sathyamurthy has worked in different businesses, viz. Sanitaryware, Ceramic Tiles, Confectionery, Sugar and Retail businesses. Before joining RSCL in February 2009, he served as "CFO- Super Markets" in Aditya Birla Retail Limited, a grocery retail chain in India. He played a crucial role in establishing the commercial Function ( first of its nature in the retail industry) in the Company, a new facet of finance function, partnering with the Business Head in driving the performance and Growth of the organization. He was part of the team in establishing the better internal controls, systems and process to manage the stupendous growth of the retail business in the shortest span of time. Prior to Aditya Birla Retail Ltd, he was the Head of Finance for the Sugar Business in EID Parry ( India) Limited, part of Murugappa Group in South India. Started off as a Management Trainee in EID Parry (India) Limited, worked in different capacities in Corporate taxation, Internal audit function, as Factory Finance Head in Tiles plant, as Treasury Head and as Head of Finance of the company's sugar business, in his tenure of 11 years with the company. As a Treasury Head, he possesses rich experience of handling extensively the treasury instruments and Forex derivative transactions etc. He also served as Finance Head for Southern India operations of Italian FMCG, MNC, Perfetti Vanmelle India Pvt. Ltd, a market leader in Sugar confectionery business, for 4 years. During his tenure, he anchored SAP implementation for the southern operations of PVM India Pvt.Ltd.

Simpson and had handled tough industrial relations
problems. Starting from Asst.Personnel Officer
up to Industrial relations Manager in Simpson
Group upto 1996.

the days of Mr. Kucelan, Mr.NYN Somu & Mr.
WR Varadarajan, towering personalities in the
Trade Union Leaders, he had handled industrial
relations problems with these Trade Union Leaders
for more than a decade.
In
1999, he joined Rajshree Sugars and Chemicals
as DGM(IR&A) and later got promoted to General
Manager ( IR & A). Presently he is holding
a post of Vice-President (IR & A). He is heading
industrial relations functions at the corporate
office and is also engaged in Administration,
Personnel and HR Port Folio.

in Sugar & Distillery processing and a member
of the specialist core consultancy group of the
company.
He
is proficient in industrial solid waste, ISO quality
systems management and energy conservation measures
in sugar industry has presented a paper on Solid
waste composting technology. Oversees R&D
activities of the group.

Mechanical
Engineering graduate from The Institute of Road
& Transport Technology, Erode, completed his
Sugar Engineering Course in National Sugar Institute,
Kanpur in the year 1994, also, a qualified Boiler
Operation Engineer, certified by Director of Boilers,
Tamilnadu.
He
joined the Sugar industry in the year 1990 and
have come across various levels in different fields
like Sugar, Cogen, & Distillery Divisions
of various companies. Has rich experience in Plant
Operations, Handling New Projects and Implementation
of new technologies.

With
a DME from CIT Polytechnic his rich experience
of more than 38 years in the Sugar industry has
made him the right choice to head our Unit III.
His
20 years experience with Jeypore Sugars has
equipped him with immense knowledge in commissioning
sugar units from scratch. His expertise has been
of immense use when he was involved in the setting
up of Cogeneration plant and Distillery at Unit
I. Has rich experience in the selection of the
right machineries for Sugar plants, Cogenerations
units coupled with impeccable negotiation skills
with the suppliers to finalize the deals.
