Businesswoman, art connoisseur, design aficionado, and philanthropist, Rajshree Pathy’s diverse passions have earned her distinction in multiple fields. Born and raised in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. After completing a Commerce degree from Avinashilingam College for Women, she attended the Owner President Management Program (1994–96) at Harvard Business School, USA, and pursued a program in Strategic Alliances & Corporate Ethics at INSEAD, France (1999).
As Chairperson of Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd, her vision has driven the company’s organic growth, now operating three integrated plants in Tamil Nadu producing sugar, alcohol, bio-products, and co-generating electric power.
Rajshree Pathy is the Founder of the India Design Forum (IDF) and Director/CEO of IDF Singapore Pte Ltd. She is recognized for her deep understanding of Indian culture, traditional craft, contemporary art, design, and industry, and for fostering global design collaborations. Through IDF, she has created influential platforms that promote dialogue, innovation, and cross-cultural exchange, while IDF Singapore connects Singaporean designers with Indian manufacturers to expand their global market reach.
She is the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Texcity, established in 1990. She was nominated as a “Global Leader for Tomorrow” at the World Economic Forum, Davos, in 1996. She served as President of the Indian Sugar Mills Association (2004–2005), President of the South Indian Sugar Mills Association (1995–1997 & 2007–2009), and President of the Crafts Council of Tamil Nadu (1992–1997). In recognition of her outstanding contributions to trade and industry, the Government of India honoured her with the Padma Shri in 2013. She was Chairperson of the Confederation of Indian Industry, Southern Region (2015–2016).
She was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Letters by Ajeenkya DY Patil University for her contribution to India’s design community in 2020. An Eisenhower Fellow since 2000, she is the Head of the India Chapter, and Eisenhower Fellowships Board of Trustees recognized her with the "Distinguished Fellow Award" in 2022.
As a patron of education, she has established the Srivalli Varadaraj Matriculation School under the aegis of the G.V. Memorial Trust to provide quality education to the children of the rural community in the most backward district of Andipatti, Tamilnadu.

Mr.R. Varadarajan has been associated with Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Limited (RSCL) since its inception in 1987. With a Master’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in English Literature, he has spearheaded the project team in RSCL progressing from sugar to alcohol, from organic fertilizer to cogeneration of power and bio-products.
He has vast experience in coordinating and managing diverse activities to execute Greenfield projects, from strategic and financial planning to technical and commercial operations. He has played a key role in the acquisition of sugar factories and integrating management cultures and operations. Under his dynamic leadership RSCL became the first integrated sugar complex in India to be certified as an ISO 9001: 2000 company for all its products ranging from sugar, alcohol, power, organic manure and bio-products and the first sugar company in India to register a co-generation power plant as a Clean Development Mechanism with the UNFCCC and trade in Carbon Credits.
He has extensive global experience in conducting ground studies to assess economic and commercial potential of agro-businesses.
He is an active member of industry associations both at the state and national levels. He has been Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry, Coimbatore Zone and Member of the Tamil Nadu State Council.
He is currently Vice President of South Indian Sugars Mills Association - SISMA and Executive Committee Member of Indian Sugar & Bio Energy Mills Association - ISMA. He is also the current President of Coimbatore Management Association.
He has had a brief stint as Head, Faculty of Management Studies of the PSG College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore where he had undertaken a special assignment in designing and implementing a three year undergraduate management programme to groom future Chief Executive Officers of Family Owned Businesses.
With a keen interest in education he is on the Governing Board, Academic Councils and Boards of Studies of several colleges and management institutes.

Mr. Sheilendra Bhansali is a Chartered Accountant who graduated with a Commerce degree from PSG College of Arts and Science in 1985 and obtained his Chartered Accountant qualification in 1987. He is a partner at M/s Kumbhat & Co LLP., with offices in Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, and Mumbai, where he manages Internal Audits, Management Consulting, and Financial Planning.
Additionally, He serves on the boards of various companies and is a Trustee for a couple of charitable trusts, focusing on education and medical relief.

Mr. K. Ilango holds the position of Managing Director at RSM Autokast Private Limited., Coimbatore, a company specializing in Auto Components manufacturing. He was honored as outstanding Alumni by PSG Charities in 2010, following his graduation with a Bachelor of Engineering from Government College of Technology in 1985.
His notable leadership roles include Chairmanship of CII Coimbatore Zone in 2014-15 and Founding Presidency of TiE, Coimbatore Chapter. Additionally, he served as President of CODISSIA (The Coimbatore District Small Industries Association) from 2008 to 2010. He currently holds positions as a member of the Governing Council of CODISSIA Intec Technology Centre and Director of CODISSIA Industrial Park Ltd.
Mr. Ilango has made significant contributions at the national and international levels, having served as the National President of Round Table India (2001-02), Chairman of the Asia Pacific Region of Round Table International (2002-03), and Chairman of the World Council of Service Clubs (WOCO). He presently serves as a Trustee and Chairman of the Round Table India Foundation.
